2020 till present.

BARTENDER/BARISTA/SERVER

  • A hardworking and resourceful Bartender for The CAPITAL HOTEL & APARTMENTS that was responsible for the preparation and creation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails ,beverages both hot and cold and basic bar inventory recording.

2018-2019

BAR-BACK:

  • Worked as a Bar-back for The Capital Hotel ensuring the Bar was always stocked with everything needed for the smooth operation of the bar whilst maintaining overall cleanliness of the bar area where the guests were served.

  • Always ensured that the HACCP protocols and procedures were adhered to for health and safety reasons and the to ensure the Bar never failed the unscheduled Health Inspector walkabouts and inspections in general.

  • Also helped out by pouring beers and making drinks for the guests when the Bartenders were overwhelmed with orders.

2017-2018

  • Worked as a health and hygiene employee for about a year in South Africa.
